okay! i got the link in linus's latest video update.     (the one without an afterparty video!). i got the link at the last of his post! so i clicked on it and it took me to a page..... etc etc then you know the story! is it only for the mods and admins??           in reply to @Windspeed36    ?

Apparently the doc isn't publicly available and someone will have to tell linus to allow it to be viewed by others.
