Bad Overclock

I have just overclocked my CPU from the MSI OC auto clock speed, which was 3.55GHz, to the AMD Overdrive application, which is now 3.98GHz. However, I ran a stability test, and this shows: hardware failure detected

 

 

The CPU is an AMD-6100

 

 

Is there anything I can do to fix the CPU?
