Why not R9 390? I have a gtx 970 but regret not waiting for the 390.

This very similar to the build I did about a year and half ago on the x79 platform, yes it will be a good build for anything you want to do, overkill for gaming but you if you multitask a whole lot  and do video editing it will be great at it.
