ethernet switch..?

so i have 3 desktop computers in my room that i am planning to be using all of them at once at some point for gaming with some friends.. but.... i only have on ethernet cable.. how can i connect 3 or 4 desktop computers with one ethernet cable with internet on all of them at once? would an ethernet cable work? or would i have to get some pcie wifi cards for each of the desktops?

Just get a switch, here are a few on Amazon.
