GTA V and Pentium G3258 do NOT mix. I cannot stress this enough. A decent amount of modern games literally HATE dual cores without HT.

I would try to push your budget to get something like one of these

AMD=http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NVnZTW

Intel=http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6hyvyc

Don't buy a dual core.

The AMD one is alright but a 750 Ti is too slow for anything serious - not even close to medium-high settings for games nowadays.

Also - XFX 280X has overheating VRMs #justsain'

I had a 750 ti and it ran GTA 5 just fine on medium settings at 60fps for me so that's why I recommended it. As far as the 280x I was actually unaware of that so thank you for pointing that out I will have to look into that.

No problems - AFAIK its VRMs run @ 90*C while technically fine it's still 20*C higher than any other 280X - sometimes 30*C higher.

750 Ti is getting old - try 950 :)

Well I have a 980 I just bought a 750 ti for a LAN rig and after using it in that for awhile I ended up giving it to a friend who was building their first computer. I Haven't had a LAN rig since then so I've had my eye on that Fury Nano but I don't know how I feel about my LAN rig having a more powerful GPU that my main one haha.

Sell the 980 and get a Nano and carry your main rig everywhere :)
