Hi

I want to rip all my dvd's to my nas server, i have tried a couple different programs but the results are not good enough.

I searched LTT and the conclusion is to use handbrake (i dont mind a disc for disc rip) I just wanted to ask wether this still is the best solution or is there something better at this time?

My goal is a lossless rip. Dont really care for file size, all i want is to store the movies on my nas to watch on my media center. (never watch them otherwise)

is handbrake the right tool?

have a nice day :-)

Handbrake works well, I'm not sure about having a lossless rip, but it has a lot of good options for quality.

So thanks for reading guys, if this post sucked, I'm not sure what you can do, but if you liked it, go 'head and hit that like button, or maybe add me as a friend. I am testing it right now. Picture can be set to be very very close to lossless. Still working on the audio. Might take some time, but i think i can get the results i am looking for. Compression is very good (much better than anticipated) Audio is good, but there is room and options for improvement.

Still, suggestions are welcome.
