Hi everybody,
First of all, Here my PC Spec:
Seasonic M12II 750W EVO - 80 Plus Bronze Full Modular (new purchase)
E3-1231v3 @3.4GHz
DDR3 8GB
Gigabyte B85m-D3H
Palit GTX 970 Jetstream / Driver 355.82 (new purchase)
and..... 1366 x 768 monitor *so shame, don't have enough budget to upgrade it*

The problem is: some games's performances are really bad, like CS:GO, Max low setting with multi-core rendering ON, can only have 100~150 fps.
Please check my spec if I'm doing anything wrong with it and give me advices to improve my PC performance.
Many thanks.

Try turn your grahical settings up as high as possible. Even then with such a low resolution the CPU will be worked a lot more harder than the GPU.

Failing that try use DSR and up your res to 1080/1440 to give more load to your GPU

CPU: i7 8700k   Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero  RAM: 16GB @ 3600Mhz  GPU: MSI 980Ti 6G  Case: Fractal Design R5 (4 Intakes/3Exhausts)  Storage: Crucial BX100 SSD, Samsung 850 & Seagate 2TB HDD  PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo '850W'  CPU Cooling: Corsair H110i GT

I just turn to max setting with DSR 1440p and the GPU still load at max 20%, CPU max 33%, fps ~130. :(
