I love using this mouse, however, I've been experiencing an issue where the cord coils up frequently, so any slight movement of the cable will cause the mouse to move.  It doesn't matter if I stretch it out for a while.  At first, I thought that perhaps I had some malware on my system.  The problem went away after plugging in a cheap Logitech wireless mouse to troubleshoot, so it is definitely related to the cable movement.

Several years ago, wireless mice had been good really only for desktop use.  Have latency issues gotten any better?  Preferably, I'd like something that is similar in shape and size to my current mouse.  The DPI on this cheap mouse actually does not seem to be that terrible as long as the mouse sensitively in Windows is turned up pretty high.  Small movements are not as precise though.  There are almost no rubber feet to speak of so gliding is not particularly smooth.

My PC specifications are in my profile.
