WatchGuard T10 setup issues.

Hello, I just got a WatchGuard T10 so I can have a secure network and VPN to connect to my Drobo 5N. My current network is like this: Verizon Fios ONT --> COAX to Verizon Quantum Gateway router (192.168.1.1), --> leads to a 8 port switch and then to computers. I also bought a Google OnHub so I can have better wifi. I wish to have my network be ONT ---> Quantum Gateway router (Bridged cause I cannot use ethernet from the ONT) and have the Watchguard t10 handle all networking stuff including VPN and have the Google OnHub simply be a wifi access point. Where do I start? I have had issues with Bridging my old actiontec router in the past...

So you want:

ONT ---> Quantum Gateway Router (Which is Bridged on COAX? Why does Ethernet not work?) ---> Watchguard T10 ---> Switch (Ethernet devices and connecting Google OnHub) ---> Google OnHub (Used for Wifi).

Is this correct?

The ONTs Ethernet port glue literally melted to when I plugged it in and had to remove it. It removed the actual housing connector of the port...

Oh right.. wow.

But, you gotta put ONT > Firewall > Router?!!! But you cannot connect the ONT to the Firewall?

Is there ANY possible way to repair it?! Take a pic of the damage? jk, you can if you want.

Just to get this straight, your ONT is like the "modem", knida?
