Well, I pretty much gave up on cancer since it's not even a true disease, more like mutation failure. So any one of those 3 last ones sounds good, probably parkinson's or huntington's since they take away your control over your own body, the scariest.

Id rather fold for cancer as you are basically considered (a person that is going to die) the second you have most of them.

Yeah, cancer is scary, but not every type of it and you don't have to live with the scary ones for long. Other 3 torture you your whole life. Also cancer is not technically a disease, so finding a cure is kinda different. Others are diseases that have causes we could find and fix.
