Having trouble running Rainbow Six

I bought the humble bundle and downloaded the original rainbow six. When I run it it runs but nothing comes up and the program is in the task manager. I am on W10. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do. I have ran it in Administrator mode also still no luck.

Compatibility mode. Change them to XP/Vista

I tried XP still no luck. Also rainbow Six 3 flickers constantly. You would have though Ubisoft would have fixed all these bugs before doing a Humble bundle. but I guess this is Ubi we are talking about. Why doesn't this surprise me.
