You can get a chaper motherboard, cheaper case, cheaper RAM, cheaper HDD, cheaper SSD - just don't cheap out on the PSU

1) 652 in my shops writed that its support ATX ,but u sugest mini atx mother isnt there  any problems with it then ?
2) isnt it better to buy like asrock z97 anniversary ?
3) I thinked about one of those new Skylake processors ?

652 supports mITX, mATX and ATX boards

Z97 for a non-k chip is wasteful since you can't do much with it

Skylake isn't worth over haswell - you get 10% more power for a large sum of cash.

those specific models tend to be cheaper in some cases, and they are quite good.
