its an issue between LWJGL and W10. you could check for a newer lwjgl version and potentially reach out to the lwjgl devs.

Ok, I have a good bit of knowledge in Light weight java game library, and I just did a driver update but same error

well... i actually recently did some testing about it, you need about 1.19 core.
