WHS 2011 build

So I'm planning to build my home file server in september so I can do some backups, to easily transfer files from to pc to pc and to Stream(max 720p) movie to my media pc(Also buying it in september - ga-e350n).

What I have chosen right now:

CPU/MB: Gigabyte GA-E350N

RAM: Kingston KVR16E11/4 ,DDR3, 4GB, ECC, 1600MHz

Case: Cheap one with some added HDD cages...

PSU: Dunno, please suggest me but it shouldn't be expensive

HDD: Different, WD 1,5TB green drive(for backup), samsung 320gb 2.5 drive(for backup), somekinda 1TB drive for movies, another 1TB drive for other stuff...

Some fans...

 

What I wanted to know if the E350 will be enough for streaming 720p movie(suggest something if not...) and can someone suggest some sata port PCI card so i could have some more HDDs...

I live in Latvia and the budget should be low as possible...

If you already have a PC, you could just share a drive on the network and it would work the same.

Well it would draw a lot of power if it would be turned on all day... Another option is to route a 20m long HDMI cable from garage to the TV in living room :D

well you can.... kurpirkt.lv - well its a search engine the shows the product selling in all of the our internet shops... 1ls=~2$...
