USB Mic with Xbox One?

Hey Guys, maybe someone of u is able to help me.

So recently i bought myself a AT2020 by Audio Technica. If i would be Gaming on PC everything would be fine, but Xbox One is kinda difficult.

As s already know Xbox One does not support playing gamechat over speakers and Headset at the same time.

So with my regular XO Mic i used to host skype calls with my XO friends because i was able to route the skype sound to my Elagto using Voicemeeter/Virtual Cable. To use my AT2020 i had to use OBS because it allows u to choose multiple audio sources. So i got that all to work etc. but i have a HUGE Problem, because i need to hear my mates on XO im in skype with 2 accounts 1 on PC, and my Xbox one account.

The Problem is i hear myself twice obviously because im twice in skype.... if skype had a option to mute 1 person individualy in a conference, everything would be nice.

Anyway u heared what i already tried. The question is is there someone, who uses the AT2020 or any other USB mic and got it to work with XO?

btw i forgot to mention i want to record and stream
