Low Voltage Desktop Memory

so im still working on building my nephew his insanely low budget($300) computer.

found some RAM thats not a bad deal, but its low voltage.  i know some laptops require it, but this is desktop ram. It should still work fine in a normal desktop computer right? What would the limitations be? (if any)

 

edit: or should i just spend the extra couple bucks on normal stuff?
