So I need a new MOBO or CPU, maybe both.

I really want a quad core CPU, so an i5 at least. What I have now is a Xeon e3 1225 that isn't compatible with my MOBO.

I am wondering if I should keep my 1155 Xeon and just get a new MOBO or if I should get a z97m anniversary and an i5.

I want to play Witcher 3 so bad guys v_v

My specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium G530 2.5 Ghz

MOBO: Foxconn H67S

GPU: MSI Low Profile 750 Ti

RAM: DDR3 1600, 8gb 2 slots

PSU: Thermaltake 450w

Should I upgrade my MOBO and use my xeon or should I get an i5? Is there much a difference between a 4460 and the E3 1225?

If it's 1155 socket, keep the Xeon and buy a new mobo, since the Xeon is a locked i5 with no iGPU.
