FreeNAS Help!

Hey guys. I've recently set up a computer to run the FreeNAS OS on my home network and I'm able to access the files on it over the network. I was wondering how I would set it up so I would be able to access the files over the internet from anywhere. I understand that I would need to port forward some ports to the NAS but that's about as much as I can figure out on my own.

As always, I'm not entirely sure how to do this and your help would be appreciated.

SSH should be enabled by default so you can just forward port 22 then use that to securely tunnel other ports such 80, 139, 445, etc over the Internet.

I have port forwarded 22 to my NAS. What would I do now to connect to it?
