Unless you are overclocking you don't need to do anything in your bios, except select what drive to boot from.

Like, others have already said the manufacturer's of the products normally provide a bunch of cables. Whether or not you want to buy custom sleeved cables is up to you.

normally cable is with what product together? mobo? PSU? and the HDD power cable will be with the PSU?

The motherboard normally comes with SATA cables so that you can connect hard drives to it so that data can be sent and received. The Hard Drive power cable will come with the power supply.

Heck I didn't need a H60 for my A10 7850K but I bought it as it made the inside of the system nice and neat. On top of that the cpu fan doesn't ramp up to a million miles an hour trying to cool the thing under load. I don't blame this guy for getting the water cooler. Quiet and clean.
