Bios 1.30 just adds the a preset oc table. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Pro4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS

Hi i am going to buy a asrock z97 pro4 motherboard and i5-4690k, but on the asrock website it says I need a update the bios. My question is can i update with the i5-4690k or get the i54670k that doesn't need to be updated. I don't have another computer this is my first pc build
