Now this looks like a pretty good deal

but it says it needa a muffeler and carb cleaned.

 

how much would that cost?

 

And would this be a good deal?

Why would you want that

because its cheap and gets good gas milage

That's an absolutely terrible deal. It's only 50cc, it's from the 80s, and it needs work done. Just get a bike, it would probably be faster.

I dont want to have to get a motorcycle licence, so I need it 50cc.

The reason you don't need a licence is because it will go 35km/h at most. The same as an 8 speed bicycle. Lol

I can not go 35 mph on my bike

35KM/H and yes, you can, just work your way up to it and don't be lazy. I can on a cross country mountain bike, and I'm 13..

Well in NY the rule is 30 or 35mph.

I mean, I can go 15mph, 20 for a short time
