@capt_obvious

Since the Noctua NH14 costs a lot already, you might aswell move up to a Cooler Master Nepton 240m AIO radiator... i can highly reccomend this cooler based upon my own usage of it. It is extremely quiet.

It should also allow for even greater OC headroom then your Noctua would.

definetly up tje ssd to the next capacity (240-256gb, depends on the on you choose)

and a modular PSU will make your life a lot easier if you're planning on adding more hdds in the future

P.S. stay awa from WD green HDDs, they're slow as hell, and not that reliable from my expirience.

Hey there fellow captain :)

The upgrade plan seems great and it should be sufficient-enough for 1440p gaming. I would also suggest to consider a larger SSD since the OS alone would take up around 35GB-40GB and you would be left with very little space for the applications and games that can benefit from the better performance of the SSD. WD Black is a great performance drive, but if you get a larger SSD, you can leave the less-demanding things to the HDD and maybe get a lower-performance but more inexpensive HDD. WD Green is actually a pretty good secondary storage drive. It run cool, quiet, saves energy and works fast-enough for every daily activity. The only drawback that you may experience is that the drive spins down more often in order to save energy and reduce noise and vibrations and needs time to spin back up if not addressed after certain amount of time. This shouldn't impact simple secondary storage or media playbacks. :)

Feel free to ask if you have other questions :)
