you can do that in disk manager to make virtual raid, but its not possible to do it through your BIOS.

I have two PCI-E based ssds and two hdds. Is it possible to run the ssds on raid 1 and the hdds on raid 1 separately and how do i do it?

 

Yes, it's possible. I would run the RAID1 for the PCIe drives using a dynamic disk in Disk Management (If you're on Windows). The HDDS I would set them to RAID in BIOS then use Intel's Rapid Storage technology to RAID1 them (If you have Intel).

 

What are the drives you're looking to RAID 1 (Both the PCIe SSD and the HDDs)? What OS? What are your system specs?
