Gpu fan stuck at 100%

So i put the card in another PC...flashed the bios back to default...took it apart and inspected the wires. Guess something is wrong with the card..and the warranty is voided :(

i7 4770k/Maximus VII Hero/Titan X/ 500gb 850evox2 r0/1000 EVGA G2
