So wad gpus and how many of them would u recommend for a system that is used for all that is mentioned in the recent reply?

I would go with 980 Ti's. If you plan on gaming with the system, I would get two of them - anything more than that and you are wasting your money.

Won't a titan x or two help in a system which i game on, do video editing, media encoding, 3D rendering as well as connect it to three 144hz 27' 4K displays?

Note that 144Hz 4K displays do not exist.
