Bottlenecking

I'm going to upgrade soon to a GeForce GTX 750 ti, and I'm wondering whether or not my other PC components are going to heavily bottleneck  the GPU?

PC Specs:

AMD Phenom II x4 955 Processors @ 3.2 UnClocked

Motherboard (Gigabyte Technology Co.), Model: (GA-78LMT-S2p)

2x4Gb of Kingston DDR3 Ram @ 1600 Mhz

Not Sure about HDD (not SSD)
