Formatting an SSD is fine, you don't want to defrag it.

Hey,

 

I have ordered some parts of my upcoming build however I have 1 questions.

How should I reinstall W7 on my SSD, Normally I would just put the install disc in and format everything however I have heard formatting an SSD is bad.

 

So what's the best way to get a fresh install of W7 on my SSD?
