The Cryorig H7 is an excellent, and quiet cooler for the price. and is pretty small...

I've used the tx3, and frankly it sucks. My fx 6300 was around 45 at IDLE. Might wanna look into something from bequiet or noctua

I'm assuming that because the 212 won't fit, that your bio specs are incorrect?
