Beep?

So in this video I'm trying to get this thing to post, but it's not posting, and I'm just wondering what the beep means. And yes, that is a LGA 1150 heatsink on an LGA 775 socket, with no thermal paste... Keep in mind that I did get it to post by using an HDMI cable running to my old 7870.

Why don't you have any thermal paste on it?

 

Also it looks like you plugged in the wrong cable to your motherboard. The one that you have plugged in is meant for the GPU.
