Your i3 might be a bottle neck, especially if the frame drops are not prolonged. Also, are you using a mechanical hdd? That might be contributing somewhat.

 

I agree with the others. Start with updating drivers especially if you upgraded to Win 10.

nonon I3 is cool 100% 3 months ago my fps was great!

Go to control panel- programs and features- right click on what you want to uninstall and click uninstall

restart pc

install latest driver
