So my computers performance has started sucking lately. Some of my parts are somewhat outdated but with a GTX 760 i expect to run most games decently. in space engineers i get 20 or less fps and thats not an intensive game. I think its because my CPU sucks.

3D MARK Scores

CPU: Intel Core i5 Processor i5-650

Can someone recommend better cpu for my build if thats the problemo.

how much are you willing to spend, if you are willing to spend 200 usd than an i3 4160/70 and a cheap h97 motherboard from msi, asus, gigabyte, or asrock

Spoiler

My system is the Dell Inspiron 15 5559 Microsoft Signature Edition

IMO you have decent specs from what I can see on your 3D Mark results. However, your Dell G3HR7 motherboard is not ideal for any gaming. Check your temps to make sure you're not overheating. If your SSD is your only drive (that was the only drive that was listed in 3D Mark), I would check it's health and make sure TRIM is functioning on the drive. I would also look at themaniac's advice and get a new motherboard and CPU to get you out of that Dell system.

Introduced my wife to Skyrim. Haven’t had a sandwich in weeks.
