I just did some messing around with my memory OC on my GPU on firestrike, was going to post in GPU section but didn't want to spam in there.

 

 

I also beat my previous best firestrike score by 100 points :D

 

+1000 mhz on the memory offset, effective speed of 9,012 mhz xD

 k that was a bad idea .... 5 min in it was fine then BAM artifacts xD

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .

The Hynix memory on my 970 doesn't even do +20MHz without crashing.

I know dat feel, I had 2 970 G1 gamings, one did 1600 mhz on the core other one did 1560 mhz on core, both had hynix and could barely do +200 mhz :( meanwhile my friend had one with samsung memory that did like +700 :(

 

If I had samsung on those cards I could of gotten tons of points on firestrike :c
