eBay - Scam or Not?

So I just sold an older laptop on eBay for around £70, only the shipping is slightly alarming. The eBay account of the buyer says they're based in Zambia, though the delivery address on the PayPal payment is to a logistics company based in the UK... I know eBay have the "international shipping centre", though I had that option disabled in the listing so as far as I'm aware they shouldn't of even been able to make the purchase....

I'm not really comfortable sending it overseas, or having a logistics company that I have no contact with handling it into Zambia. Do I just go ahead with the sale and deliver it to the stated address in the UK, as it's took a while to sell, or could it be a scam?

There was four other watches, so I'm tempted to contact eBay, tell them they can cancel the sale on their fuck up, and just wait for someone legit to buy it.

Also worth noting the account has 14 feedback, 100% positive, but still not sure...

Company the purchase is addressed to: http://www.owfll.com/

If you disabled the option to ship overseas, then do NOT ship it overseas. Create a case with eBay and explain why you don't want to send it. You should be able to relist it free of charge.

Also, feedback can be misleading, especially if they boost it with "fake" accounts. I got scammed by a guy with 100% positive feedback after he boosted it a few time. Within a week he scammed multiple people and went from 100% to 30%. Got my money back though.

EDIT: Don't ship it at all until you talk to eBay about it. It could be a scam to get you to send it somewhere, then they say they never got it and they can use the other address to "prove" you sent it to the wrong address.

Their feedback was from sellers with 1000+ feedback though, most of whom are selling job lots of phones.. The laptop needed some work doing too, so I don't know if they're genuine or not...

I've contacted them just to ask if they can confirm they're overseas, but I think I will most likely cancel it if I can get them to agree to it. I just don't understand eBay's international shipping programme; I'm expected to ship it to a logistics company who I have no idea of, and let them ship it into Nigeria, then into Zambia... Seems a bit risky to me.
