GTA 5 has never been known to be the most stable game.

I honestly didn't have many problems with my game, then again a bunch of my friends did. Still, could be worse, could be GTA IV.

When Rockstar released the first Ill-gotten Gains DLC they pretty much fucked up the game big time and many people were reporting horrible stuttering (my self included).

They've patched it a few times since and it is better but the performance still doesn't seem to be back to where it was before.

Does your settings say the monitor refresh rate is EXACTLY 60Hz? And I recommend capping your fps to 60 with Rivatuner which comes with MSI afterburner, means GPU not working harder than necessary and runs bit cooler I think.

Haha :D Not only was the game not very good (both performance and overall gameplay wise), but when I first installed my legal copy of the game I had a run-in with the DRM making my character appear drunk 24/7. Very interesting.

He just have to turn VSync on. But i cant believe his FPS are in the Mid 100´s.

With mine it kept saying my monitor refresh rate was 59.94Hz with no 60Hz option, so I had to create a custom resolution with 60Hz and it solved the microstutters problem I had.

why not? reason i dont use VSync is input lag

i dont see why capping my FPS would make a difference. as an example i leave FC4 without VSync or Rivatuner but no stutters, only very minor screen tearing

How would your Card be able to get over 100 FPS in GTA5? Did you turned down all settings?

Capping fps means your gpu only pumps out only the necessary frames, anything above 60 is wasting its power and makes it produce more heat. It's just a minor thing, you don't have to do it.
