Get Old GPU Driver Back

I need help. I took out my dad's Hd5450 and swapped it out for his old x600. How do I go back to the X600 drivers? The resolution is off and can't be fixed. I did the auto check download and the AMD detected and said the best driver is for Vista. I have Windows 7 pro. I need to get the X600 drivers so I can use it in DVI, I think I have it in DVI but is being displayed in VGA looking output. I never deleted the X600 drivers from the PC. Any way to reinstall them?
