Low Points Per Day Numbers?

Hi all, iv'e just gotten into folding and seem to have low ppd numbers. my pc specs are:

Fx-8350 @ 4.21 GHz
MSI R9 280 @ 1155 mhz
8 GB ram @ 1600 mhz

My total points per day on the advanced tab says "5731"



Shouldn't it be higher?

That's for your CPU folding isn't it ?  Highlight the other Work Queue and it should differ

 

Hmm I just re-enabled CPU folding on mine to verify and yeah, in Advanced that figure is for overal PPD.

 

So yes perhaps it is low.  Have you been folding long?  Got a passkey setup for the QRB ?

It should go up over time. get the passkey. gpu folding nets more.

Folding on that WU....won't get you that much PPD compared to 9201.

Wait for it to evenout, and get a passkey. PPD will be low for a few WU's. Its normal
