Are there any solutions for this? Please I need help, put the ghetto way if it's needed I just want to keep this thing silent.

This is the trouble with HDDs, get a thin sponge and but the HDD on top of it with some double side tape, the trick is to limit the HDD's contact with the metal frame of the case, because it's the case that resonates all the sound.

 

As mention, rubber helps, but it still transfers a fair amount of the vibrations to the case. My person solution was to get a few layers of sticky fixers and rubber, and put my HDD on that.

Edit 2: Ofcourse, needless to say, some HDDs vibrate alot because they are slightly broken/worn.
