Are you able to load up a further back checkpoint? Perhaps that quick save file got corrupted?

I have been playing metro last light and when i returned to my last checkpoint my keyboard and mouse werent registering in the game. I could fully navigate with my mouse in the pause menu outside and i can use my keyboarrd outside of the game too. Any Sugestions on hoe to fix it.

Try to run compatibility mode, and run as administrator as well.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.
