Overclocking Questions

I am using Core Temp, VID is voltage I'm assuming? I've got an A6-3650 and I've seen people get these things to 4.5GHZ. I wanna do a small overclock as I feel I could get more power out of this thing. Max temps under load is 57 C on Stock, TJ Max 70C according to Core Temp.

Says my APU is at 1.3875 v, How much power would overclocking use? Or does only increasing the voltage increase power usage?
