New PC

I just got my new PC up and running. I got this mostly to play Arma 3 since the game is really demanding but addicting lol. But I got if for other games and stuff. When I played arma 3 last night for the first time on it, it didn't really perform as good as i thought it would..... The fps was still terrible, but not as choppy. I got like 10fps-20fps on koth and 5-15fps on asylum rpg. The pc costed about $2000. Idk if I need to change some setting or what. Any ideas? Also I did tweak settings in Arma to try for better performance and nothing. WoW also does not run smooth at max everything, which is sad. I did install all the drivers too.

I7 4820k cpu 3.7ghz (not overclocked)

Gtx 780ti

16gb ddr3 2400 mhz ram

250gb ssd samsung

2tb hard drive black western digital

Why the 4820k? 4790k would be better.

I dont think it is RMA, i feel like i have a setting messed up somewhere on my pc. not in bios since i didnt mess with settings besides boot priority.

Hmm yea somethings definitely not right. Um have u looked through nvidia control panel settings? Im not on my pc at the moment so i dont know which ones u should look for.
