Blue screen error

Hello, I just built my pc few days ago and everything was doing fine except for the fact that my pc sometimes gets a blue screen error and than tries to restart. However it wont restart, instead all fans and led's turn on for 2 seconds and turn off again.

However if I take one ram stick out again it will turn on again,but if i try to restart it with 8gb the same happens again. Does anyone know how to solve this? Im almost certain that all my hardware is fine, so i think its a software problem.

Is the PC Overclocked? if so raise the voltage or revert the Overclock

No it's not overclocked.

I don't think that will work, cause he has this problem since he build his PC, if I understood him correctly.

make sure all CPU.RAM.GPU are properly fitted in all the wires are connected

Yes it does , it says something like irlq not less or equal

Have you tried to go to safe mode?
