Will this memory work?

Stupid question....Will the Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x4GB) DDR3 CMZ8GX3MA21600 work on the AsRock Z87M Extreme 4 mobo with the Xeon E3 1230 V3 processor?

 

I was looking on the Asrock compatible memory chart and did not see it.

You got the wrong socket! IE CPU and mothermoard won't work together.

They both say they have the 1150 socket? Am I missing something?

whew..!! Yes I am building a home server. I happened to see a post with someone questioning the memory with the board. I thought I would look it up and "Holy Crap! the memory I choose was not on the list. Thanks for your fast response!!

Ok you're all good then :D Also as others have said the memory will work fine! Good think you're not planning a gaming build, that's something that Viruz_HUN would've done.
