screaching noise

hi guys, iv been away for a week came back turned on pc and when gaming i have a weird screeching noise, i ran a cpu stress test to eliminate that as a factor and it was quiet, 
but when i do something graphically intensive it sounds likje how dial up internet used to sound.
i have also used msi afterburner to run fans at full speed to see it it was the fans and its not, i dont no what it is can someone help me please

also its only started happening today

my gpu also didnt coilwhine for over a year and then it suddenly started to coilwhine really heavy

( a much darker coilwhine then the video posted here...and much louder ;P )

This may be stupid, But try Vsync ON and try it.

My started coil whining after 2 months and ever since then it's been on and off.
