hi i have oc (3.8) my cpu and i have a h60 and my temp are 42 -54 and have a look in this pic i have the rad upside down should i put the pipe at the top

What do you mean by 'upside down'? It's fine as it is, you can try, but i don't think it will improve any of your temps. :)

i mean the pipes are on the botttom and may is this fan any good Scythe Kaze Jyu Slim 100mm x 12mm fan 1000RPM SY1012SL12L fits 92mm

If you are asking for a fan, I would recommend the Noctua F-12's, but if you are bothered by the colors, I recommend Gentle Typhoons or Air Penetrators.

I think you should get the noctua fans if you dont care abou the look and just want the h60 to be silence and have good temps

True, Im in sydney right now. My temps are 45 idle..

Idle temps of liquid coolers are higher than air coolers. Pipes are positioned correctly, so it's not the problem.

My i5-750 has an idle temp of 40-45 °C when OC to 3.6 GHz (2.6 stock) because I have an high room temperature (~25 °C).

yea the summer heat heats ur cpu heaps ay
