hi i have oc (3.8) my cpu and i have a h60 and my temp are 42 -54 and have a look in this pic i have the rad upside down should i put the pipe at the top

i mean the pipes are on the botttom and may is this fan any good Scythe Kaze Jyu Slim 100mm x 12mm fan 1000RPM SY1012SL12L fits 92mm

what about these fans Silverstone AP122 120mm
I think you should get the noctua fans if you dont care abou the look and just want the h60 to be silence and have good temps

Idle temps of liquid coolers are higher than air coolers. Pipes are positioned correctly, so it's not the problem.

My i5-750 has an idle temp of 40-45 °C when OC to 3.6 GHz (2.6 stock) because I have an high room temperature (~25 °C).
