Help setup nas

Hey guys I finally got my Server (1U) and it came with 3 2TB and a 3TB drive and was wanting to find a way to raid the 3 2TB drives and use the 3TB drive to backup all the computers in my house and to have important stuff on and the 3 2TB drives just for my Games and other stuff. Anybody know what NAS OS to use for best performance and to achieve this? and how to achieve this. Thanks!
