Gtx 760 problem

Hello guys i'm having a problem with my asus gtx 760 one of the fans started to make strange sounds. When i tilt it on the side it starts to vibrate. Even when pc is off and i try to spin it a little it starts to vibrate and slows down. Could this be a problem with ball berrings?

If it's not overwhelming annoying, don't do anything about it unless you have another spare cooler lying around that you would be willing to install. If the fan stops working, then you probably would want to do something about it. My GTX 760's fans make a vibrating noise while under load.
