New Build Suggestions

HI i'm building a budget PC for MOBA games and web surfing. I'm upgrading with some older stuff (HDD, RAM)

Build Plan 1

Gigabyte H81 S2PV
Intel® Core™ i3-4150 Processor (4160 and 4170 not available in my country)
Cooler Master N200
FSP HEXA+ 450
Toshiba 1TB HDD
Prolink 650VA Line Interactive
Kingston 1333MHz 4GB(old)

Build Plan 2

Gigabyte B85 HD3
Intel® Core™ i3-4150 Processor (4160 and 4170 isn't available in my country)
Antec GX500
FSP HEXA+ 450
Hitachi 500GB(old)
Prolink 650VA Line Interactive
Kingston 1333MHz 8GB(old)



I have 8GB RAM sticks(1x4GB and 2x2GB).
For the Power Supply the SS500BT Eco is another alternative option(These two PSUs are the best reliable options in here)
Online purshase isn't going to work since it'll cost a lot more

Is there any build quality(Power phase and Voltage Regulation) difference between the H81 and the B85 other than the added features

Planning to run this system for more than 3 years.
And for UPS options will the 650VA be enough ?
Planning to buy a GTX 950 in 4 months

OK I'm going with Build Plan 2

But now i need to choose between the FSP HEXA+ 450W and the Seasonic SS500BT(408W on the +12V)
Which one of these PSUs should i choose ? Planning to buy a GTX 950 later

As for motherboard options the Asus H97M-E is available for a bit more. Should i go for it or just get the Gigabyte B85 HD3 ?

Will a 650VA UPS be enough to power up this system ?

B85 is generally a better chipset with more options etc, if there's no or little price difference, get the B85

650w is more than enough for a 950. you could get away with a 350w if you pair an i3 with a 950

 

what is your budget and which parts do you need exactly?

get the i3-4170 instead with a 950

As i said before there's a limied number of processors available here. After the i3 the i5 4590 is availalbe which is out of my budget

And for the UPS it'll only provide 390W. Will that be sufficient ?
