Well, what do you mean by "not inserted properly"? Typically a partially inserted/seated RAM module would cause a POST failure for the RAM, which would cause the system not to boot properly. That doesn't have anything to do with the GPU though.

Yea this is what i wanted to be sure of that if a ram is not inserted properly that the system will not boot up. Because the system would not boot up was thinking it was the GPU so i removed the memory rams then inserted them back to see what happens and the system booted up so this made me think that a ram stick was not seated .properly
