is i5-2300 and r9 380 4gb enough for streaming?

Hello, I want to know if my processor will bottleneck streaming League of Legends in 720p 60fps whit a gigabyte R9 380 g1 gaming 4gb.

All the games work whit this processor but I am aware that streaming games takes a lot of  power.

I was  thinking to upgrade to a i7 but I don't think is worth it since the motherboard is 1155 socket.

I want to know witch is the best option... to take another motherboard and a CPU combo, to change the i5 from my slot, or to leave it like this and try other settings/software.

I like the freedom of the download speeds for torrents or other stuff, as long you don't sell anything you can download freely,  and I think Korea has the best internet not Romania.

 4GB is the vram, I have 8GB of ram on pc.

Yeah man u should be fine and you never know after a few months of streaming u may be able to set up and get donations to get a new i7 and motherboard without spend ur hard earned money. Ik one of the streamers i watch is doing that now, he set up a budget for dedicated streaming pc and asked if people wanted to donate towards improving the stream quality! Good luck
