GPU not recognized

the gpu worked for a year and a month, then, the resolution turns to 1024x768 from 1366x768, then i checked dxdiag,device manager, and ccleaner, it shows microsoft basic display driver. I removed the gpu then pluged it again , opened the pc, still same problem. The gpu fans spin. any guess?

 

gpu: galaxy gt630

mobo: biostar h81mvh3

 

 

Download latest drivers from http://www.geforce.com/drivers

 

Select GeForce for first drop down Menu, then GeForce 600 Series for the second, then GeForce GT 630 for the third. Operating system, Language is based on your own system.

Install Nvidia Graphics drivers.

I suppose there is no driver to make it work, if there is uninstall and get the latest version. GPUs need drivers unless you have Win10 which in that case it did and it make not work because of that.
